Steps to order AWS Snowball in the AWS console

Step 1 – Log in to your AWS account and navigate the Snowball service.


Step 2 – Click on the “Create Job” button to begin the order process.

Give the Job  Name and Chooses the purpose from the below options. For now, we select Import into Amazon S3 and then click Next.


Step 3 – Select Snow devices and tick on the Snowcone power supply.


Step 4 – Select the storage type, select your S3 buckets, and Select Compute using EC2 instances (It is optional). Click on next.


Step 5 – Select if any features are needed.


Step 6 – Select the Address and Shipping Speed.

Step 7 – Set Notification, Create a new SNS topic, and Click on Next.


Step 8 – Review the Summary and Click on create job.
