Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.Cancellation by Participant:

◦ If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a training program, please notify us in writing at least 10 business days before the scheduled start date. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund.
◦ If the cancellation notice is received less than 10 business days before the scheduled start date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

2.Rescheduling:

◦ If you need to reschedule your training, please inform us at least 5 business days prior to the original start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on seat availability.
◦ Rescheduling requests received less than 5 business days before the original start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3.No Show:

◦ If you do not attend the training without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

4.Course Cancellation by CloudThat:

◦ In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a training program, registered participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.

General Terms:
• All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to sales@cloudthat.com
• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of the refund request.
• Refund amounts will be based on the original payment method.
• Any applicable taxes paid will be included in the refund amount.
• Refund policy terms are subject to change without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of cancellation or request will apply.
