After this, you will get Jobs created in the Console.


They will provide a Tracking ID to track the parcel and Courier company.


AWS Snowball Edge supports the RJ45, SFP+, or QSFP+ networking adapters. Verify that your switch is a gigabit switch. Depending on the switch brand, it might say gigabit or 10/100/1000. AWS Snowball Edge devices do not support a megabit or 10/100 switch.

It’s important to note that if the names of your folder contain special characters, you might encounter errors. Although Amazon S3 allows special characters, we highly recommend avoiding the special characters in the folder name.

If your files have one or more of these characters in folder names, rename the folders before you copy them to the AWS Snowball Edge device.
