With an enriched experience at AWS, he moved to Microsoft where he worked on challenging endeavors of Cosmos management, Cloud storage and Big Data computational engine that comprised of spectrum of Microsoft Online services, including Bing.

Hemraj Desai brings in over 18+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of establishing and managing the HR set-up with larger focus on Strategic Business HR Partnering and Organizational Development. He has been instrumental in transitioning and setting-up businesses to new locations as a part of business continuity strategies with key focus in hiring and managing talent, setting up business processes and policies and ensuring a safe a conducive working environment for employees. His expertise includes, designing & implementing OD strategies, developing performance management framework, talent management and design business efficiency and capacity utilization programs through collaboration with business. Hemraj’s overall experience and knowledge makes him an ideal resource for CloudThat in driving organizational change and building strategic alliances with operations to fulfill business objectives and support organizational goals.

Susil is a passionate marketing professional in the Ed-Tech space with over 10 years of experience in crafting unique brand identity in the minds of the target audience through linking the distinctiveness, values & personality with various means of online and offline communications & marketing efforts. Prior to joining CloudThat, Susil has worked with organisation like, KiiT University, Manipal Global Education Services & LEARNXT (A SRM Group Company). He has been instrumental in crafting marketing strategies, performance analysis, data analysis, directed sales pipelines, team building, nurture corporate-client relationships, implementation of operational plans.

Renu works directly with the leadership team across the organization to define and deploy growth strategies. Her employment journey comes with a diverse and enriched experience in managing teams globally and as an individual contributor in the L&D and Operations domain. She believes in working with peers in an organized manner along with approaches based on strong analytical skills, strategic development, and tactics to achieve competitive, challenging, and measurable goals. She holds a Double Master's Degree in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from Queens University, Belfast: UK. She is happily married with two children and loves to spend her free time gardening, storytelling and exploring the eateries of the town.

He has experience in Microsoft, MS office 365 & AWS Infrastructure technologies and Windows servers, designing Active Directory and managing various domain services. He has been instrumental in setting up O365 and supporting services for CloudThat and its clients. He has expertise in Azure, O365, AWS and Big data platforms. Prarthit is actively involved in empowering himself with the latest innovations in cloud technologies along with delivering training on the cloud technologies to individuals and corporates and many more Fortune 500 companies. He is an AWS Certified Sol. Architect Professional, Microsoft certified on Azure Administration, Azure certified Data Scientist, Azure AI (Artificial Intelligence) engineer certified & Azure Data Engineer certified. He is a Microsoft certified trainer too. He is also certified in Legacy Microsoft technologies such as server 2003 and 2007. Inarguably an invaluable resource of our organization.

Sharat serves as a solutions architect for Azure, IoT (Internet of Things), Big data, and AI/MLat CloudThat, He is a versatile Solutions Engineer & Developer and Corporate trainer with expertise on Microsoft Azure around multi-tier distributed application design planning and deployment for several IoT and Cloud Solutions. He is passionate for exploring recent technologies and delivering it to the masses, hence contributing the best possible policies and industry standard implementation methods indispensable for today’s generation engineers.

Sharat has 6+ years of corporate experience, including 2+ years of working in R&D sector of IoT and Azure in a renowned MNC. At CloudThat he has worked on several consultancy projects, offering learning, and understanding in the fields of Azure, IoT, Embedded, Edge layer, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Big Data Analytics, Data Visualization with python, DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
