This module takes a deep dive into building governance solution for managing the resources, billing and tracking and to have consistency across the multiple subscription.

This module provides the detail on different compute resources available in azure as IAAS and PAAS. It provides an insight into designing compute solutions based upon the requirements specification and needs of consumer. This module covers different azure compute services like virtual machines, scalesets, Batch, Container instances, Kubernetes ,functions and logic apps.

This module focus on designing the non-relational data storage solution. It helps the user to determine the type of data, whether it is structured data, unstructured data or semi structured data. Based upon the type of data, designing the proper storage solution and providing the security and resiliency to the data.

This module focus on designing the relational data storage solution. It helps the user to determine the service type for database, whether it is IAAS or PAAS. For IAAS, SQL Virtual machine can be used and for PAAS, SQL Managed instances and SQL database are recommended. Based upon the user requirement, the proper storage solution can be designed. In this module, you will learn how to configure and manage azure SQL database and how to perform vertical and horizontal scaling on database. The user will be able to understand the different SKU for SQL database such as General-purpose tier, Business critical tier and Hyperscale tier and security features to ensure that the data and information stored within the database is secured.

This module helps the user to build the solution for big data. This module focuses on data integration services like azure data factory and data bricks which helps in performing ETL jobs. It focuses on providing the additional security to the resources by implementing conditional access, identity protection, access review and service principals.

This module helps the user to design the monitoring solution by using different services such as Monitor, Workbooks, Data explorer and Log analytic workspace to analyse the data and perform query and generate the rich visual reports.

This module focus on designing network infrastructure solution using different topologies and connectivity services such as VPN gateways, Express Routes, Virtual WAN . It also helps in improving the security of network resources by using services like defender, DDOS protection, WAF and firewall.

In this module, we will discuss about data protection, backup and recovery. And we will also learn about various backup strategies and best practices.
