The AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam is an entry-level certification designed to validate your understanding of basic AWS Cloud services and concepts.

 

The exam covers a range of fundamental AWS services, including computing, storage, databases, networking, and AWS global infrastructure.

AWS certification contains 65 questions which need to be completed in 90 minutes. 

The AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam consists of multiple-choice questions, with a time limit to complete it.

No coding or programming knowledge is necessary for the AWS test. Both technically minded and non-technical individuals can take this exam. However, it will be advantageous to be well-versed in IT infrastructure and the AWS cloud. This all depends on the AWS certification for which you are applying. You don’t need programming abilities to pass the AWS Solution Architect Associate certification, but you do need to have at least one year—preferably more—of experience learning about and using the AWS cloud platform. 

No, prior AWS experience is not required. This certification is suitable for individuals with little to no AWS background.

The passing score for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam is 700 out of 1000. The certification is valid for three years, after which you’ll need to recertify.
