Automation Race Makes Indian Enterprises No.1 in Bot Adoption

The ongoing Digital Transformation and the pressing need for business continuity, better customer experience and cost savings has forced Indian enterprises to go for Automation. As part of their Automation strategy Indian enterprises are embracing Bots. In fact, India is pioneer in Bot adoption with 67% of the companies already having deployed over 300 bots across their enterprise as against 21% worldwide, says a report from ‘Automation Now & Next’

Interestingly, the report also says Indian enterprises are increasing their automation budget on war footing with 93% of organizations having plans to expand their Automation budget in next 12 months. Alongside Automation Indian organizations have realized the need to be cloud ready. Consequently, 9 out of 10 enterprises are adopting cloud and automation.
