More Than Just a Conference

Most tech events revolve around papers, presentations, and product showcases, but this MCT Summit is different. It puts people first.

MCT India Summit 2026 is a community-driven gathering where Microsoft Certified Trainers from across India come together in person to exchange experiences and discuss their teaching in this fast-changing, AI-driven era.

What Makes This Summit Worth Attending?

Being an MCT is not just a set it and forget it kind of role. Technology evolves – and in this GenAI era, it’s evolving faster than ever. Learners are also more diverse than ever, as everyone needs to understand AI today.

That means MCTs must also keep learning, stay updated on AI, and connect with fellow MCTs who face the same classroom challenges to discuss ideas and share experiences. MCT Summit India 2026 gives you exactly that space.

Stay Updated with the MCT Program

The MCT program is constantly evolving, and changes to participation requirements and compliance expectations can sometimes feel overwhelming. At the summit, you can understand all of this in one place through clear, focused discussions.

Learn from Fellow Microsoft Certified Trainers

Some of the best lessons don’t come from slides, manuals, or textbooks. They can also come from someone who has stood in front of a classroom and figured things out the hard way.

At this summit, you can directly learn from trainers who are actively delivering Microsoft courses and certification programs every day, and you take back those insights and apply them in your own classroom. Also, you will have access to a free workshop led by GenAI experts.

Improve Your Training Effectiveness

Knowing a subject inside out doesn’t make someone an extraordinary trainer. The perfect delivery style makes an ordinary trainer extraordinary.

At the summit, you can explore different teaching strategies and tools that go beyond just the content knowledge, helping you become a more engaging and effective trainer.

Build Strong Professional Connections

Let us be honest. Adding someone on LinkedIn is easy, as it’s just a button click, but meeting someone in person and adding them to your contacts is really a great and different experience.

At the summit, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the MCTs from across India, have real conversations over coffee, and walk away with connections that start to feel like family.

Contribute to a Growing Community Legacy

Communities grow when people show up for these events, share what they know, and support each other. When you walk into this summit, you’re not just attending an event or summit; instead, you’re becoming part of India’s MCT community.

Every insight you share here and every conversation you have with other MCTs will make the community a little stronger.

A Look at the Day

Here’s a sneak peek of what the day at MCT Summit looks like.

You walk into the summit, grab a coffee, and you might immediately run into a fellow MCT talking about facing the same classroom challenge you have been trying to solve. Even before the first session begins, you may have got some new ideas and connections.

The day begins with keynotes that set the tone. This is followed by power-packed technical workshops where the trainers explore the latest Microsoft tools through live demos, real-world use cases, and open discussions.

Lunch gives everyone a chance to pause, but the conversations continue. Trainers exchange classroom experiences, discuss what works, and learn from each other’s journeys.

The afternoon then shifts to the art of teaching. Sessions focus on practical skills such as using humor in training, storytelling, and handling diverse classrooms, helping trainers connect more effectively with their learners.

Later in the day, a Hack Event brings everyone together for a hands-on experience exploring how AI can enhance classroom learning through collaborative activities.

The day ends with an awards ceremony that celebrates the members of the MCT community. Finally, conversations and connections you make at dinner may stay with you for a lifetime.

That’s the kind of day this is.

Meet CloudThat - The Force Behind the Summit

CloudThat has been a key name in cloud training and consulting in India for over 13 years. Founded by Bhavesh Goswami, who has worked with the teams behind Amazon S3 and Microsoft, the company was built on one simple belief: Great Learning can change Careers and Businesses.

Today, that belief has reached over 1.1 million professionals across 30+ countries, with 2000+ projects delivered and a 500+ strong member team working in cloud, data, and AI technologies, driving it forward every day.

CloudThat has been recognized by Microsoft with multiple awards. Notably, CloudThat became the first Indian company to receive the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in 2024, highlighting the impact of its training programs and community efforts.

Bringing It All Together

Trainers are the silent heroes behind a qualified technical workforce. Every individual who earns a Microsoft certification, learns Azure, masters Microsoft 365, or uses Copilot would have benefited from a trainer’s guidance at some point, whether online or in person.

Events like this constantly remind us that being an MCT is more than just delivering a course. It’s about continuous learning, becoming familiar with newer technologies, and helping others adapt to them.

MCT India Summit 2026 is an opportunity for you all to step away from your regular workday routine, meet your fellow MCTs, exchange ideas, and return with fresh perspectives for your next sessions.

Staying connected with the community members matters a lot now in this fast-changing AI era.

If you’re part of the MCT community, this is a day worth being part of.

After all, great trainers never stop learning, sharing and connecting. Let us all meet on:
