Peak Performance Infrastructure
The client’s AWS infrastructure failed to meet Saudi Arabia’s data residency and regulatory requirements, lacked region-specific deployment causing data sovereignty and latency concerns, and suffered from operational complexity managing multiple services across regions without unified monitoring, security, and automation frameworks.
• Provisioned and deployed ExamOnline’s infrastructure on GCP Dammam to ensure data residency and high availability, replicating the AWS setup using GCP equivalents.
• Implemented GKE for containerized workloads with autoscaling and health checks, and set up CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build and ArgoCD.
• Configured secure networking with VPC, firewalls, and global load balancing.
• Deployed Cloud SQL with HA, backups, and secure secret management via AWS Secret Manager and AWS KMS.
• Enabled full observability with Cloud Monitoring and Logging.
• Optimized data migration from Amazon S3 using Cloud Storage with lifecycle policies and cost-efficient classes.
Delivered a scalable, secure GKE infrastructure with 3-second response times, 99% uptime, 80-90% reduction in errors, and seamless support for 2000-3000 concurrent exam users through optimized load balancing, autoscaling, and centralized monitoring.
