Design a scalable, intelligent AI-powered platform to process high-volume student queries, generate accurate context-driven responses using academic and historical data, integrate with existing student applications, and ensure secure knowledge base management while maintaining data protection compliance.
• Implemented serverless architecture with AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway to handle student query requests.
• Configured AWS Lambda to retrieve data from Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Base (Aurora PostgreSQL) and generate responses using Claude V3.5 Sonnet.
• Built Amazon Bedrock knowledge base embeddings in Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL for efficient vector-based search using Titan Text Embedding.
• Developed custom prompt engineering templates in AWS Lambda to improve accuracy with structured data.
• Integrated Amazon S3 for knowledge base documents with Bedrock Sync for auxiliary JSON document synchronization.
• Stored metadata and conversation history in Amazon DynamoDB with comprehensive AWS service integration, including AWS IAM, Amazon CloudWatch, and Amazon CloudTrail.
