It is necessary to have telephony, phone numbers, agent accounts, queues, working hours, and other components.<\/p>\n<p>Most of this configuration is moved to AWS with Amazon Connect. Instead of keeping a separate phone system, you may utilize the AWS console to construct the contact center, set up the phone number, and manage users. In a two-part series, this is the opening piece. Here, we will set up the necessary components for a support staff and construct the fundamental Amazon Connect environment.
